Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by Brinny Joy Roe and Brinny Does Limited, including coaching, workshops, consultancy, facilitation, speaking engagements, online memberships, movement sessions and community events.

Services

Services are provided with professional care and skill and may include:

  • Consultancy and strategy support

  • Workshops and training

  • Facilitation and speaking engagements

  • One-to-one coaching

  • Movement and wellbeing sessions

  • Community memberships and events

Services do not constitute medical, legal, psychological or financial advice.

Bookings & Payment

Fees and payment terms will be agreed prior to delivery.

Invoices must be paid by the due date stated. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be outlined within individual agreements or booking confirmations.

For one-to-one services, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is generally required.

Health & Participation

Participants are responsible for informing Brinny Does Limited of any relevant health conditions, injuries or access requirements that may affect participation.

Participants are encouraged to work within their own limits and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

Confidentiality

Personal information shared during coaching, consultancy or facilitation will be treated confidentially unless disclosure is required by law or there is a risk of harm.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in coaching, movement sessions and events is voluntary.

While reasonable care will always be taken, Brinny Does Limited cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss or damage arising from participation except where required by law.

Right to Refuse Service

Brinny Does Limited reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where behaviour breaches the Community Guidelines or creates an unsafe environment for others.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
