People participate differently depending on the environment around them.

When workplaces aren’t designed with this in mind, participation becomes uneven, energy becomes inconsistent, and people often end up working in ways that aren’t sustainable.

My work focuses on helping organisations create cultures, systems and conversations where people can participate more safely, more sustainably, and with fewer barriers to being effective at work.

I work across neuro-inclusion, psychological safety, leadership and workplace culture - bringing together lived experience with practical facilitation and consultancy that translates into real-world change, not just awareness.

Whether I’m working with leadership teams, facilitating conversations, or supporting longer-term culture change, the aim stays consistent: to help organisations build environments where people can function well, connect meaningfully, and contribute without having to constantly override their own capacity.

My approach is grounded in how people actually operate in systems - not how organisations assume they do.
