Queer Strength Club
Find comfort in movement - exactly as you are
Movement, community and events designed to help LGBTQIA+ people feel more at home in their bodies.
Online classes, pop-ups and inclusive spaces rooted in joy, regulation and connection.
Why QSC Exists
QSC was created because most fitness spaces weren't built for us.
This is a space where you can:
show up exactly as you are
move your body without pressure
build strength, confidence, and connection
take up space without needing to perform
It’s about doing things differently.
Moving for joy.
For regulation.
For connection.
For you.
No expectations.
No judgement.
No one-size fits all approach.
This is movement designed to feel more supportive, accessible and human.
Because for many of us, movement has been tied to shame, performance, masking or pressure to push through.
QSC is designed for all bodies, all abilities, all starting points.

What QSC Offers
QSC Story
Fitness spaces didn’t feel like they were built for me. So I built one for us.
Queer Strength Club was founded in Brighton, 2024.
By and for the LGBTQIA+ community.
Created through an auDHD lens. Accessibility isn’t an afterthought.
For many of us, movement has been: inaccessible, unsafe or tied to pressure and shame.
QSC is about doing things differently. Moving for joy, regulation, for you!
Over the past few years, QSC has supported 100+ LGBTQIA+ people to rebuild their relationship with movement and feel more at home in their bodies.
Now we’re growing.
Join us online or in person at a pop up event.
