We all just want to be ourselves, our true selves.

As a queer person I specifically support LGBTQIA+ people to improve their mental and physical wellbeing

I work with people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer and those who may not identify as lgbtqia+ and may be questioning their sexual or gender identity.

Having experienced challenges as a queer person since coming out in my teens and again in my early twenties, I understand some of the challenges lgbtqia+ people face. Navigating through life can sometimes be a lot harder for our community and sometimes you need to talk to someone who gets you. For many lgbtqia+ it’s just more comfortable to open up to someone who’s been through similar situations to you or at least understands the challenges you may face in daily life and respects you for however you want to identify.

As a coach I help lgbtqia+ figure out what kind of life they want and how to find the confidence to make it happen. I also help people navigate and explore their identity and build their confidence so they can be who they are and celebrate it.

I'm now offering Movement Coaching and Personal Training specifically for queer and LGBTQIA+ people. As a Coach I create a safe, supportive, non judgemental environment where you can work on your physical health and fitness in a comfortable and fun way. Often that is not the case in heteronormative society or gym spaces so I'm here to support you in this area too.

I am passionate about working with all people of any age and whatever stage of life. We all just want to be ourselves, our true selves. We want to feel like we belong, feel accepted, loved and recognised for who we are and how we identify. I am here to support you wherever you are on your journey.

I am queer, trans+, non-binary friendly and welcome all people.

Client Testimonials

"Working with Emily as my coach has helped me improve my relationship with myself. Hearing her speak about her own challenges as a gay person really helped me to come in terms with my own identity and sexuality. She creates a comfortable, trusted space to explore how you may want to identify and how to navigate that. Working with Emily was like talking to a very trusted friend."
